* Apple Pies (with Sultanas' and Cinnamon) ..

Dear Diary,

Made Chicken and vegie. pies in the Pie Maker tonight while my Husband was attending a Meeting. Never thought I'd be able to "try my hand" at cooking again, so, am thrilled to have made some lunch for us to eat tomorrow. Next time, I plan to make a couple of *Apple pies (including a few Sultanas' and sprinkled Cinnamon, of course)!
