Have been searching through an American 'Low-fat/high-flavour' cookbook and Ziti has been mentioned in a few recipes'!

* Question: WOULD someone please let me know in this accompanying 'COMMENTS' page what Ziti is?? Is it some form of fish/seafood? I am curious.
