Oven temperature: 325deg.F. ( slow oven).
Cooking time: 15 minutes.
Cooking Utensil: greased oven tray.
Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1-1/2 cups coconut
1 cup icing sugar
6 drops vanilla
Method:
1. WEIGH and measure ingredients.
2. BEAT egg whites until stiff, add sugar gradually and continue beating until thick.
3. STIR in coconut and vanilla.
4. PILE in teaspoonfuls on to prepared oven tray and bake until slightly coloured.
5. COOL on cake cooler.
