* Convenient APRICOT Chicken (with style) !

2 chicken fillets
1 packet french onion soup
2 tablespoons seasoned flour
1 tin apricot nectar
1 cup uncooked rice

PREHEAT oven to 180deg.C.
CUT chicken into 4 or 5 pieces. PLACE seasoned flour in a freezer bag with the chicken pieces and shake until well coated. PLACE in a casserole dish and cover with french onion soup and apricot nectar.
COOK for 1 hour and serve on a bed of rice.
