RATHER than breathing from the chest, try breathing from the DIAPHRAGM, with slow, deep breaths, which help clear the mind enabling achievement of a feeling of calm in both body and mind to keep you revitalised (this needs to be practiced everyday) !!

P.S: The true meaning from the word for Organic will be "watered-down". ORGANIC will no longer have the identical stringent/binding regulations (government arrangements) ! Animals for meat consumption will be supplied with growth hormones against no 'withholding' period. These growth hormones were banned in Australia several decades ago. The world will trade food supplies with each other and any amount of foreign pests and diseases will enter your Country. ** Vitamins - you will be affected with being involuntarily used to introduce a comparison to have a medical condition to obtain dosages of Vitamins that we have been accustomed to buying off the Supermarket/Chemist shelf in the direction of this very short space of time (Germany has already gone this way - NOT SURPRISING as THIS IS WHERE "CODEX ALIMENTARIUS" was brought into existence !) !! Plants will become more difficult to grow sourcing our own vegetable patches from seed because they will be genetically modified. Flouride has promptly been prepared in position of our water-supply and it is classed as a toxic-waste. WE are being polluted slowly but surely. **Any (every) amount of reasons WILL be made present; for example, flouride particularises a "helpmate" for your teeth. The 'world-wide' Government will leave as a legacy making known towards us by appointing a docile comparison that the changes will be perfectly safe and even argue that they are better for us ! GENETICALLY modified plants will be regarded/quoted as more pest and disease free and growth hormones are requisite requirement to feed the STARVING MILLIONS. *We are making known of this to you just to have a state or quality for remaining, maybe sojourning?, on the "look-out" !! .k.&.r.(husband).

Appreciate your informed honesty regarding the natural health regime of keeping well. It's great and 'thank you' for your continued passion on this practical life-giving subject! Was wondering if you have you heard of a current so-called subtle, REAL food political (World Health Organisation) anilhilation that has been infiltrating (apparently since WW2)?? It's called 'CODEX ALIMENTARIUS' (where all nutritious food products are subtly/slowly, definitely being corrupted until they will no longer be applicable to ordinary man - this idea is also being subtly trialled in Third World Countries. Malnutrition.). The 'CODEX ALIMENTARIUS' is a kind of treaty that has been signed by quite a few countries and hasn't been fully implemented yet.
VITAMINS are supposedly, eventually, to be exterminated from 'the shelves' ALSO. Don't know when. It's absolutely horrid to think about it.

HOW many times in the day do I rush; not slowing down enough to say "thank you" to my Sovereign Lord for all that he has provided me with in that day! He says to my inner self "you worry too much". He indeed cares for every aspect of my life revealing quite often that I "worry too much"! I need to let go of so many things that block a deeper appreciation (understanding) of Him.
