* EASY delicious PAVLOVA Dessert ..

2 large egg-whites
1-1/2 cups caster sugar
1 teaspoon cornflour
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 tablespoons boiling water

. IN a bowl, combine all ingredients and beat for twenty (20) minutes on high speed. SPREAD onto a tray lined with baking paper and shape into a round with knife/spatula. COOK in a pre-heated Oven at 160deg.C. for fifteen (15) minutes, THEN 100deg.C. for one hour. Cool.

TOP with whipped cream and fruit of your choice.
