* Traditional EGG "flip" SMOOTHIE (a meal IN a glass) !

Number of serves: 1.

Ingredients:

1 egg
3/4 cup warm OR cold milk
1 teaspoon sugar
4 drops vanilla

* nutmeg (if desired)


Method:

1. COLLECT ingredients.
2. BREAK egg into basin; add sugar.
3. BEAT eggs and sugar until frothy.
4. ADD milk and vanilla. STIR thoroughly.
5. STRAIN, pour into glass and SERVE. * Nutmeg may be sprinkled on top !

TIP: A BLENDER ("Vitamiser") CAN BE USED INSTEAD - TO REDUCE THE TIME NEEDED TO MAKE THIS original RECIPE.
