Hi Dear Diary,
I seem to be able to speak more fluently when I'm directing my conversation to someone!
Was looking for something to write for TODAY and came across some idiosyncrastic book Titles thought of and written down on paper by our Daughters' during a cold School-holiday. Those pieces of scribbled paper have been kept for years (not sure for how long). I'd like to share a few of them if that's alright? They're quite amusing.
Firstly, the scribbled paper was loosened from a Writing-pad (still have it). Parchment-yellow coloured paper having been printed in black on the top-pages with some Sheep and a Lamb grazing on a field inside a fence with the words 'From my pen...'. I can remember that day of "girlish" frivolity (lots of laughter) - as though it seems to remain from just yesterday. Here are several items (including banter) from that particular day:
* Solid Oak Door by I.C. Mahogany.
* How to make a Sundial by Millie Second.
* Key to successful Farming by Win. Gate.
* Home Gardening by D.T. Thumb.
* Balsa Plane Making by T. Tree.
* Clothes on the Couch by Cotton Pickoff.
* Oriental Countries by Tai.L.And.
* Lifesaving by Bail.'R.Out.
* Torches by Batt.R.Ray.
* Locked Out by Plen.T.Keys.
* Flower Farm by Daffy. Dill.
* Hole in the Ozone-layer by I.C. Pointer.
* Printing-press by Lotta.Ink.
* Polar Bears by I.C. Cold.
* "Outback dunny" (remote/back-country toilet) by Dusty Bottoms.
Funny, huh ?
