~ * Energy and General RELAXATION (for everyday living) ! * ~

BREATHING supplies our bodies with oxygen, so when we don't breathe deeply enough, we can't function as efficiently. RATHER than breathing from the chest, try breathing from the DIAPHRAGM, with slow, deep breaths, which help clear the mind enabling achievement of a feeling of calm in both body and mind to keep you revitalised (this needs to be practiced everyday) !!
