~ How much Sun ?? ~

EVERYONE needs to get enough vitamin D so they can build healthy teeth and bones. THAT'S why it's important to spend at least 5 to 20 minutes (depending on the weather season) each day in the sun - salmon, tuna and LACTASE included milk are rich in vitamin D, too.

P.S: Sunscreen blocks the vitamin from being absorbed!
