1 cup smoked almonds
1 cup cashews
1 cup Japanese rice crackers
1 cup pretzel knots
1/4 sunflower oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
COMBINE all ingredients, spread out onto oven tray. BAKE in moderately slow oven (150.deg.C) for fifteen (15) minutes, BEING careful NOT to brown TOO much ! STIR occasionally. COOL on tray.
STORE in an airtight container !
