125g butter, softened
125g caster sugar (raw?)
1 cup self-raising flour, sifted
2 eggs
1 orange, grated rind and juice
PREheat oven to 180deg.C.(celcius). Grease and line a 21cm x 10cm loaf tin. Place butter, sugar, flour, eggs, juice and rind in a bowl and beat for three (3) minutes. Pour mixture into the tin, smooth the top and bake for 45-55 minutes or until cooked when tested !
