Variations:
Cinnamon Yoghurt
Add 2 heaped teaspoons of cinnamon to 1 cup of non-fat yoghurt and stir well.
Orange Yoghurt
Add 3 tablespoons unsweetened orange juice and 1 tablespoon finely grated orange rind.
