~ Fruit Salad Days ~

Fruit salads can easily be enhanced or even turned into a main meal with a few judicious additions! Choose your favourites: a little shredded coconut, a handful of naturally sweet walnuts, a drizzle of honey, a scattering of raisins or craisins. Just a sprinkle or handful will do, so as not to overpower the delicate fruit and also to keep the fat content low.
