Yield: 2 cups chips.
6 flour tortillas, each 8 inches in diameter
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
PREHEAT oven to 350deg.F.
SPRAY one side of each tortilla with olive oil non-stick cooking spray (or try Grapeseed oil for a more crisp final effect). MIX the cumin, garlic powder, and salt together in a small bowl. SPRINKLE over the sprayed side of the tortillas. CUT each tortilla into 6 wedges and arrange on a baking sheet. BAKE until crisp, about 10 minutes!
