~ Classique Strawberry WHISK ~

Serves 2.

1 egg white
1-1/4 cup strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup sugar (of your choice ?)
a few (3 - 5) drops of lemon juice

IN a bowl, using an electric mixer, whip together the egg white and strawberries. WHEN the mixture begins to thicken, gradually add your choice ? of sugar. CONTINUE to beat until the mixture holds soft peaks. STIR in a few drops of lemon juice. CHILL before serving.
