~ MINTED Middle Eastern Buttermilk Shake (Low-fat High flavor/flavour) ~

Serves 1.

a handful of ice cubes
1 cup non-fat buttermilk
pinch sea salt
a small handful of fresh mint leaves

COMBINE all of the ingredients in a blender. COVER and blend until the ice becomes blended. POUR into a tall mug and garnish with more mint leaves!

"Mmm..Mmmm."
