* APRICOT and VANILLA 'Refresher' (drink) !!

NATURAL juice is the best juice . . . Combine natural fruit juice (or caffeine free substitute? Your choice.) with low-fat Milk (*LACTASE included - easier digestion) for a thirst-quenching refresher.

* APRICOT and VANILLA drink *

SERVES 1.

1 cup low-fat (LACTASE included/'Zymil' brand provides this; either fresh or UHT) Milk.
4 fresh Apricots stoned.
1 teaspoon Vanilla.

BLEND thoroughly until thick and foamy!
