* EASY nutritious AND delicious 'St. Clements' Hi-fibre PORRIDGE !

SERVES 2.

1 cup rolled-Oats.
1/4 cup unprocessed Bran.
2-1/2 cups Water.
2 teaspoons Lemon-rind.
2 teaspoons Orange-rind.
Cinnamon to taste.

Combine rolled oats and unprocessed bran in a saucepan with the cold water. Slowly bring to the boil. ADD remaining ingredients and cook gently for 5 minutes.

SERVE with fresh fruit and 'Zymil'; ('lactase' included milk - *needed for digestion) low-fat milk.
