Ingredients:
6 Medium Carrots, peeled and grated.
1/2 cup Dessicated Coconut (try shredded?).
3/4 cup Currants.
Method:
Toss all the ingredients together. *If liked, serve in lettuce cups. THIS Salad does not require a dressing.
