** THICK Vegetable SOUP !!

1 Cup 'Soup Mix' (* dry Lentils et-cetera).
1 large Onion, peeled and chopped.
2 Carrots, diced.
1 Zucchini, diced.
2 stalks Celery, chopped.
1 litre natural liquid Stock (* Vegetable or your choice).
Water.

1. PLACE 'Soup Mix' and Vegetables in a large Saucepan with Stock.

2. ADD Water to cover and bring to the boil.

3. REDUCE heat and simmer approximately forty (40) minutes. ADD ground Pepper to taste if desired !
