* "Creamy" 'YOGHURT' Cucumber DRESSING (*may be used as a FRESH "Dip") !! *

1/2 cup non-fat Yoghurt.
1/4 teaspoon dry Dill.
4 teaspoons fresh Lemon juice.
1/2 cup coarsely-grated-peeled Cucumber.
ground black-Pepper, to taste.

Combine all ingredients and chill! *This may also be used as a "Dip" (to serve with a platter of raw Vegetables?).

* A 'Dressing' can enhance the flavour of Salad ingredients' without necessarily adding Oil. (J. Stafford)
