* CINNAMON Pears !!

SERVES 4.

4 Pears.
1-1/2 cups Apple juice, unsweetened.
Rind of 1 Lemon.
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon.

PEEL Whole Pears and leave stems on. STAND Pears up in a Saucepan. POUR over Apple juice, Lemon rind and Cinnamon. PLACE Lid on Saucepan and simmer over very gentle heat until just tender. SERVE warm. ADD Yoghurt if desired!
