* SAVOURY Jaffle SURPRISE !! *

2 slices of Wholemeal bread.
Ricotta Cheese or Date and Apple Chutney or Tomato Relish.

SPREAD one or both slices with any one of the above and add any of the following:

* Grated Carrot, chopped Celery and sliced Tomato.
* LEFTOVER (refrigerated) Fish, flaked with chopped Chives.
* LEFTOVER curried Vegetables.(J. Stafford)
